I’m a Swedish lady who has lived in Australia for 18 years. With a background in bakeries and cafés back in Sweden, sharing the authentic flavours of my homeland has become a true passion. Through Bake My Day Brisbane, I’m proud to bring a taste of Sweden to the heart of Brisbane.
With over 25 years of baking experience, my love for creating delicious, high-quality baked goods shines through in every item I make. Everything is baked to order—tailor-made with care and available by pre-order only. I offer flexible pickup times and can also arrange delivery by request.

Fluffy vanilla sponge, layered with home made vanilla custard , fresh whipped cream and raspberry jam. The outer layer are a coating with marzipan that can be in any colour you wish. Text is optional and included in the price. This is by far the most popular cake from the bakery and the top selling cake in Sweden. For special decoration to highlight your occasion or festive seasonal cakes are also available all year around.
